SBC Conseil is a Montréal-based private Financial Advisory Services Company specialized in Private Equity, Acquisitions, and other related financial instruments. SBC Conseil provides those services to a limited number of organisations and high metworth individuals on a referral basis only.

SBC Conseil has been founded by Dr. Sami B. Chaouch, who currently runs the company. After earning his Phd. in Paris-Dauphine University in 1990, Dr. Chaouch has served as a Senior Investment Banker in Geneva, Cairo (Egypt), Jeddah (Saudia Arabia) and later as President and CEO of an IFC Montreal-affiliated financial institution.

Dr. Chaouch regularly contributes to the public debate on various hot topics, such as the financial markets, the media finance and others. In October 2009, Dr. Chaouch has given a conference on the financial crisis at the well-known International School of Carthage and discussed with the students the implications and rationale of the new policies implemented to manage the mortgage bubble.

While Dr. Chaouch has worked most of his career outside Tunisia, he continuously proudly supports Tunisian private and public companies in developping their international reach. Dr. Chaouch is also a proud contributor to Tunisian 2626 FUND.
